All service/commission work is invoiced securely through Hnry on behalf of Howell Industries NZ
All ecommerce payments are securely handled by Stripe via our Ecwid store
Howell Industries NZ does not see any of your credit card or bank details - Our service providers do a good job of keeping your information safe
Dispatch & Delivery
Delivery time is usually within 5- 7 working days. Your order may be processed faster than this, or may be delayed depending on the availability.
We aim to turn your project around as fast as possible but sometimes it may take a bit longer due to complexity or demand, if your project/order is going to take a bit longer, we will contact you.
Shipping
All ready made items listed in our shop are shipped at a flat rate New Zealand wide. Please note multiple items will incur a higher shipping cost due to larger packaging.
Please make sure you supply us with your contact phone number & full and correct shipping details. Should you enter the wrong address, contact us as soon as possible. We are unable to accept responsibility for lost/stolen items that have been delivered to a wrong address, so please double check.
Returns & Exchange
Please note that within our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act we do not offer product refunds or exchanges for change of mind. If there are any issues or faults with any of our products we are happy to make a full refund or product exchange for you.
